Although Melfa is a small town often forgotten on the Eastern Shore, it still makes the mark. The Accomack County Airport, Nationally recognized Blue Crab Bay Company,The Eastern Shore Yacht and Country Club, and The Eastern Shore Chamber of Commerce all consider Melfa to be "home."
